Opening up isolated areas

MAF is always seeking to open up isolated areas of Tanzania in order to bring more development, higher living standards, and the gospel to even the remotest parts of Tanzania. Having constructed many runways around Tanzania already, and seen the impact that opening up these areas has had, we are keen to assist in reaching other areas too. We continue to seek partners who are interested in beginning projects in isolated regions to see if building a runway could aid in their work. We are eager to help and, if necessary, to co-fund new runways.

From our previous experience, we are able to advise on the requirements for building a runway, in terms of a suitable area and materials needed. We also have the equipment and personnel who are trained in airfield development and the paperwork that needs to be submitted to the Aviation Authority.
